Operational Principles of Inspection Mechanism
Optical Detection  The machine employs high-resolution cameras and advanced imaging technology to conduct visual inspections. It detects cosmetic defects such as cracks, dirty dots, and burrs, as well as impurities and particles within the liquid, including hairs and fibers.

Smart Recognition  An automatic identification system ensures precise detection of impurities larger than 0.5mm, with a rejection rate exceeding 99.7% (under the precondition of a clean bottle and no precipitation).

Operational Principles of Leak Test Mechanism
HVLD Technology  The machine utilizes High-Voltage Leak Detection (HVLD) technology for non-destructive leak testing. This technology identifies small pinholes, micro-cracks, and seal imperfections that cannot be visually detected.

High Voltage Electrodes  Four high voltage inspection electrodes focus on specific locations of the container, ensuring high accuracy in leak detection.
